Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive insurance sales.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting insurance products through the various channel.
• Train and support bank staff to cross-sell health insurance products to customers.
• Manage the sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting and market development.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to our products.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
