Roles and Responsibilities:
-Set up exceptional client service by responding questions and resolving issues.
-Help people with account questions, details about products, and transactions.
-Maintain reliable documentation of client contacts and transactions.
-Identify and escalate complicated problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
-Assist in the carrying out of interpersonal activities to promote customer satisfaction.
