The Agency Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing agency sales strategies, recruiting and training agents, and driving the overall performance of the agency sales team. This role is crucial in identifying new market opportunities, ensuring agent productivity, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver top-tier life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Growth: Recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents to expand the agency network.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales plans to achieve business goals and drive agent productivity.
- Training & Support: Train agents in sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents and ensure continuous engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on agency sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation Degree will work
- 2+ Years in Core Sales and Marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
