- Drive sales of CASA products (Current and Savings Accounts) by identifying and converting potential customers.
- Develop relationships with individuals and businesses to promote the bank’s CASA offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA accounts.
- Assist customers with product knowledge, account opening, and resolving queries.
- Monitor competitors’ products and market trends to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Age 21 to 27 Required.
