Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of sales officers to promote CASA products in assigned branches.
- Develop strategies to boost CASA sales in both retail and corporate segments.
- Train and mentor the sales team on best practices for customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Collaborate with branch managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and sales coordination.
- Prepare and review performance reports, sales forecasts, and action plans to meet branch-level CASA sales targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation for all customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree reqiuired.
- 2-3 years of banking or sales experience
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and CASA products.
- Age 21 to 38 Needed.
- Local candidate Must.
- Bike required.
