Sales Advisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive sales.
Recruit and train new agents to expand the agency network.
Support agents in meeting their sales targets through guidance and resources.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or BFSI preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
