Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Use outbound emails and cold calls as well as inbound lead follow-up to find fresh sales prospects.

• Use outbound emails and cold calls as well as inbound lead follow-up to find fresh sales prospects.

• Use phone conversations to convert leads for the business.

• Keep track of all the communications, including purchase orders, customer comments, and inquiries.

• As part of the telesales executive job description, adhere to the sales script and plan but feel free to modify it as necessary.

• Inform clients about new product launches and track their feedback on new offerings.

• As a telesales executive, stay up to date on current industry developments.

• As a telesales professional, create a marketing strategy to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Become well-versed in the company’s offerings and identify any gaps in the lives of the clients that the services can fill.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation in mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
