Job Description
The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving sales targets while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Roles:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective CASA customers.
- Promote and sell other banking products like insurance, loans, and credit cards.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate CASA leads.
- Meet monthly CASA sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving sales targets while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Profiles:
- Local Candidate: Must be familiar with local markets and customer preferences.
- Age: 21 to 27 years old.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail banking sales or BFSI sector (Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also be considered).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Finance, or Commerce).
- Bike Must Needed.
