- Lead CASA account acquisition through on-site customer visits and active engagement.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance account onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales goals while supporting overall business expansion.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely follow-up for successful account activation.
Qualifications:
- Age: Between 21 and 27 years.
- Must be a local resident and own a bike for fieldwork.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the BFSI sector.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
