Job Description

We are urgently hiring for the insurance sector.

CTC: 4.00 LPA + incentive (Depend on experience + Fix CTC package)

Designation: Sales Development manager

Roles and responsibilities :

– Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

– Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.

– To do field Work

– Training, motivating, and development of team members.

– Organizing sales visits

– Demonstrating and presenting products

– Establishing new business

– Maintaining accurate records

– Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

– Reviewing sales performance

Candidates- requirements :

– Graduation in any stream.

– Minimum 2-year sales experience.

– Having own bike and DL.

– Locals of a particular city.
