Job Summary:
The CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank’s CASA products. The role requires candidates to generate leads, pitch banking products to potential customers, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts through direct sales activities.
– Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers by understanding their financial needs.
– Achieve CASA sales targets as assigned by the management.
– Ensure cross-selling of other banking products like loans, insurance, and credit cards.
– Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure future business growth.
– Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales service.
– Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer engagement.
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
– Understand and adhere to compliance, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines set by the bank.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
– Must be a local resident.
– Owning a bike is mandatory.
– Age: 21-27 years.
