Job Description

Casa Sales Officers help the bank find new customers for current and savings accounts. They build relationships, explain account benefits, and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Look for new customers through different methods.
• creating new accounts ( saving and current).
• Cross salling like loan
• Explain account features and encourage account openings.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Help with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets.

  Requirements:

• Graduation  in any field
• 1 year to 3 years experience in BFSI domain
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products.
