We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and assess leads.
Maintain a lead database and track outreach.
Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.
Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year in lead generation or sales support.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and team-oriented.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
