Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Stay informed about luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Utilize advanced selling techniques tailored to high-end clientele, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, visually appealing, and reflective of the brand’s luxury image.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking and tracking sales trends to optimize product availability.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
