Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers by getting to know their wants and needs in order to offer individualized service.
• Keep up to date on premium product details, such as construction, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, in order to explain features and advantages to clients.
• Make use of sophisticated sales strategies like consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling that are geared toward high-end customers.
• Make sure the sales floor is aesthetically pleasing, well-maintained, and represents the brand’s upscale image.
• Help with inventory management, which includes replenishing and monitoring sales patterns to maximize product availability.
• After a sale, follow up with customers to make sure they’re satisfied and to promote repeat business.
• Maintain the brand’s stellar reputation by effectively handling consumer complaints and difficulties.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and rivalry to spot openings for expansion and creativity.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
