Positions and Accountabilities:
• Guide, coach, and grow the inside sales staff to meet both individual and group sales objectives.
• Keep an eye on team performance and give regular feedback to make sure goals are reached.
• Create and put into action successful sales strategy to boost income.
• Encourage teamwork and excellence by creating a good environment.
• Hold frequent training sessions to improve product knowledge and teamwork.
• Broad awareness and comprehension of retail’s resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support
• Work together with other divisions to guarantee a flawless client experience.
• Conduct data analysis on sales and provide reports for management to analyze.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
