Functions and Accountabilities:
• Manage, coach, and grow the inside sales staff to meet both individual and group sales objectives.
• To make sure goals are reached, keep an eye on team performance and offer frequent comments.
• Create and put into action efficient sales techniques to boost income.
• Promote a cooperative and high-achieving team atmosphere.
• Hold regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and teamwork.
• Deep familiarity with retail’s resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering superior customer service
• Work together with other departments to guarantee a flawless client experience.
• Prepare reports for management evaluation after conducting an analysis of sales data.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
