Roles and Responsibilities:
-Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for sales roles.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales positions.
-Coordinate onboarding processes for new sales hires.
-Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
-Monitor sales team performance against targets and provide feedback.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
-Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective recruitment and talent management.
Candidates must meet :
– Education requirements : Any graduate is desirable.
– Minimum experience : one year or more.
– CTC : up to 4.0 LPA
– Age range : 21 to 37.
