Roles and Responsibilities:
-Promote diversity and inclusion within the sales team to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
-Identify and develop high-potential sales talent within the organization.
-Assist in determining compensation packages and benefits for sales positions.
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop training programs.
-Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
-Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
-Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate logistics.
-Negotiate job offers with candidates and handle any counteroffers.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidates Require:
– Education requirements : Any graduate is desirable.
– Minimum experience : one year or more.
– CTC : up to 4.0 LPA
– Age range : 21 to 37.
