Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing while always providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Create and carry out strategic sales plans to meet financial goals and increase market share in the upscale retirement home industry.
• Establish and preserve connections with potential customers, such as wealthy retirees, their families, and influential members of the senior living community.
• Work together with marketing and advertising firms to develop persuasive promotional materials and sales collateral aimed at the elderly population and their offspring who live abroad.
• Offer mentorship and training on customer relationship management and successful sales strategies to junior sales team members.
• Keep up of market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends so that you can modify your sales tactics appropriately.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
