Job Description

Location: Ajmer, Udaipur , Jodhpur
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in Ajmer and Udaipur. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving team performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Any Field
1+ years of sales management experience in Field Sales.
Strong communication skills.

Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
