Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote additional products like fixed deposits, insurance, and investment services to clients.
• Ensure all account-opening documents are correctly completed and comply with banking regulations.
• Promote additional products like fixed deposits, insurance, and investment services to clients.
• Stay updated on competitors’ products and market trends to offer the best services and advice to clients.
• Conduct visits, pitch banking products to potential customers, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0-3 years of sales experience (BFSI sector experience preferred).
• Age: 21-32 years (preferred).
• Skills: Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Local Candidates: Candidates familiar with the local market and able to communicate in the local language are preferred.
• Transportation: Must own a bike and be willing to travel for field sales.
