Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and execute a plan to grow the agency channel.
-Build strong relationships with agency partners.
-Listen to partner feedback and make improvements.
-Resolve any issues that arise with partners quickly.
-Set clear goals for agency performance and track progress.
-Analyze sales data to find areas for improvement.
-Hold regular check-ins with partners to review performance.
-Provide useful sales tools and materials to partners.
-Offer ongoing support and coaching to agency teams.
-Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams.
-Join forces on marketing campaigns for agency partners.
-Share important information between agencies and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements :
– A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.
– Any graduate or postgraduate student.
– Any potential candidate nearby
– Age bracket : 21-38.
– Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
