Job Title: Banking Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Banking Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s financial products, including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts (CASA), loans, and  other banking services. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets to drive branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and attract new customers through various channels, including field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Promotion: Actively promote the bank’s products and services, explaining features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products, including CASA, loans, and credit cards.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products to existing customers, enhancing customer value.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Other:Local candidates are preferred for better market understanding.
  • Age 21 to 32 Required.
