Role:
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be the architect of our sales strategy in Ajmer, driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will empower your team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Craft and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the Ajmer market.
Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team, cultivating a high-performance environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Client Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their insurance needs.
Performance Optimization: Regularly assess team performance metrics and adjust tactics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Collaborative Growth: Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance client offerings.
Qualificcation :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Experience: 1+ years in Field sales.

o Proven success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
