Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Any Field.
1+ years of experience in sales management & Marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
