The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents.
Role:
– Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
– Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
– Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
– Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
– Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
– On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Candidate Profile :
– Any Bachelor Degree
– 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
– Age between 21 to 38
– Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
– Ability to lead a sales team.
– Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
