Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team provides excellent customer service to our clients

Key Responsibilities :

– To hit sales goals and increase income, lead and inspire a team of sales people.

– Create and implement successful sales strategy to boost revenue and market share.

– Create enduring connections with important customers and a solid sales funnel.

– To make sure sales targets are being reached, do regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.

– To keep ahead of the competition, identify market trends, client needs, and rival activities.

– Sales team members should be trained, coached, and mentored to improve their abilities.

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

– Min. 2 years of exp. in sales & marketing

– Must have good local Network

– Candidate must have own vehicle
