Duties and Positions:
• With an emphasis on closing channel sales agreements, create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced B2B setting.
• Ensure alignment with corporate goals and sales targets by managing, coaching, and leading the sales team.
• Cold calling and internal lead follow-up are two ways to find fresh sales possibilities.
• Focus on surpassing sales targets while promoting steady, high-value transactions.
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers, enabling them to make purchases at any stage of the transaction.
• Assess market competitive environments, segment users, and have a thorough grasp of the industry.
• Clearly communicate with teams, improve priorities, and develop sales narratives using data and insights.
• Assist the team in constructing a pipeline and closing business in a short amount of time.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
