Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Help the sales team with lead generation and prospecting tasks, such as cold calling, site visits, emails, and social media outreach.

• Arrange and go to sales meetings, events, and presentations with clients and potential clients.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials to assist the sales team.

• In order to obtain information, address problems, and deliver first-rate customer service, cooperate with other departments.

• Keep track of and record all sales and customer interactions in the business’s CRM system.

• Keep an eye on each agent’s activity plan to make sure the required levels are being met.

• Share your thoughts and observations with the sales team on the requirements, inclinations, and difficulties of the customers.

• Respond professionally and immediately to consumer concerns, criticism, and questions, always aiming to go above and above for them.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
