Job Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to prospective clients. This role includes engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales targets

Key roles:

• Relationship Officer: Builds client relationships, promoting bank products.
• Personal Banker: Manages client accounts, advising on financial products.
• Business Development Officer: Generates leads and meets sales targets.
• Branch Sales Officer: Sells products to walk-in branch customers.
• Credit Card Sales Officer: Focuses on selling credit cards.

Qualification:

• Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors.
• Age Range: 21 to 32 years old.
• Vehicle: Candidates must own a two-wheeler for ease of mobility.
