Roles and Responsibilities:
• Meeting sales targets: A sales officer should achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Providing after-sales support: A sales officer should provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Staying informed: A sales officer should stay informed about market trends.
• Other responsibilities: A sales officer may also perform cost-benefit analysis, answer questions, and track appointments, sales, and complaints.
• Selling products or services: A sales officer’s primary responsibility is to sell a company’s products or services.
• Finding new customers: A sales officer should identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Maintaining customer relationships: A sales officer should develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Presenting products: A sales officer should understand and present products to customers.
• Negotiating deals: A sales officer should negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
