Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage and guide a team within our insurance operations. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day activities, driving team performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering team engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of insurance professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and ongoing coaching.
Organize and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment to keep the team engaged and productive.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within the BFSI sector.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and a results-driven approach to performance improvement.
