Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Agency Manager .He will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with corporate agencies, driving sales and revenue targets, and overseeing the implementation of business strategies to expand market reach.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Overseeing team operations, building and managing relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Responsible for training and development of agents to achieve business goals

• Conducting regular team meetings and reviews to ensure team performance

• Coordinating with branch and regional managers to align strategies with organizational goals

• Implementing and monitoring compliance and regulatory requirements

Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Experience: 1+ Years of Experience in Field Sales
