Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our banking team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Officer is to generate leads, convert them into new customers, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience and ensure loyalty.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with the application process.

Qualifications

• Age: 21-32 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
• Transportation: Must own a bike
