Job Summary

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales, marketing, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product)
6. Negotiate and close deals
7. Manage and mentor business development team members (if applicable)
8. Develop and maintain business plans, reports, and forecasts

Requirements:

– 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience
– Proven track record of success
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing, or sales related field
