Position: Chief Sales Manager

Qualification Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, specifically with Life Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You’re a natural communicator who builds rapport easily.
- A strong problem-solving mindset: You can identify client needs and find solutions quickly.
- Excellent time management skills: You’re organized and efficient in your daily work.
- A results-oriented attitude: You’re motivated to achieve success and driven to exceed expectations.
- Self-motivation: You are proactive and can work independently to achieve your goals.
