Job Description

Position: Chief Sales Manager 
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team and help us grow our customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and recommending the best insurance solutions.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets by effectively presenting our products and building strong relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to our high-quality standards through perseverance and a commitment to excellence.

Qualification Criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, specifically with Life Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You’re a natural communicator who builds rapport easily.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset: You can identify client needs and find solutions quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills: You’re organized and efficient in your daily work.
  • A results-oriented attitude: You’re motivated to achieve success and driven to exceed expectations.
  •  Self-motivation: You are proactive and can work independently to achieve your goals.
