Job Description
Lead and train a group of frontline life insurance representatives to meet sales goals and improve client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Hire, develop, and mentor frontline agents to help them reach their full potential.
· Ascertain that agents reach or surpass sales targets by setting and tracking them.
· Continued support and feedback are needed to improve agent expertise.
· Verify that agents follow corporate rules, laws, and industry norms.
· Encourage an approach to sales that is focused on the needs of the consumer in order to cultivate goodwill and increase brand loyalty.
Requirements
· Proven background in managing and selling life insurance
· Good coaching and leadership skills
· Thorough familiarity with life insurance policies, market trends, and legal requirements.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Capacity to encourage and inspire a group of people to perform well.
· Proficient in problem-solving and analysis.
