Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Investigate fresh connections and chances that could result in business expansion.

• Work together with executives and sales managers to match training initiatives with corporate aims and objectives.

• Form partnerships with educational institutions around the region.

• Increase brand recognition, establish positioning, and create campaigns and plans.

• Hold talks in colleges and schools about education abroad.

• Make sure the business unit is profitable and that sales and delivery goals are met.

• To make operations more effective, ensure sure services are delivered on time and streamline procedures.

• Evaluate and monitor the company’s product offerings’ market share in the area.

• To help sales team members perform better, give them continual coaching and mentoring.

• Encourage a uniform client experience across all services that can serve as a representation of the entire brand experience.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
