Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
