Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Provides distributors and sales agents in designated territories with training.
• To serve as a liaison between the distributor and the business by supplying product inventories and stock updates.
• Presenting firm offerings and increasing brand awareness by visiting current and new clients within a designated sales territory.
• Tracking the sales team’s performance and encouraging members to reach or surpass sales goals.
• To oversee members of the sales team every day and offer direction when required.
• Manages employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Keeps an eye on active accounts and keeps in touch with the account’s main contacts on a regular basis.
• Strives to boost the territory’s sales growth at a predetermined pace set by the business.
• Coordinating primarily with sales representatives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
