Job Description

In this role, you will drive growth and profitability by establishing strategic partnerships with key players in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
Create and implement effective business development strategies to foster growth and increase revenue.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
Lead and guide a team of alliance managers to meet business goals.
Provide coaching and support to team members, enhancing their performance and skill set.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team success.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in strategic alliances or business development within the insurance industry, preferably in life insurance.
In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, particularly life insurance products and services.
Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
