Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales growth within the agency channel. This role involves assisting in the development of sales strategies, mentoring agents, and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Assist in executing sales plans to achieve agency channel targets.

•          Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to help meet sales goals.

•          Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.

•          Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree required.

•          1+ years of experience in field sales.

•          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•          Must be based locally.

CTC  : Up to 4.00 LPA – 6.50 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
