Job Description

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Area Sales Officer – Team Leader to lead our sales efforts and manage a motivated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving market expansion and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to consistently surpass sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans customized to the specific needs of the local market.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in the BFSI industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
