Team lead manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic team lead manager to oversee our agency channel operations within a leading life insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance productivity within the agency channel.
• Foster strong relationships with agents, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
