Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and selling a variety of insurance products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage and related financial resources.
- Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Highlight the benefits, coverage options, and terms to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for future renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Any graduate
- 21-38 Age
- 1 year sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
