Job Description

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will spearhead efforts to drive quality leads into the sales pipeline. Your role involves creating strategies to optimize prospecting, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the sales team has a steady flow of opportunities to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies across multiple channels.

Oversee a team of executives to ensure lead quality and volume meet sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.

Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and metrics.

Continuously improve prospecting tools, techniques, and workflows.

Key Qualifications:

1-2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.

Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Compensation:

CTC: ₹3.500 to ₹4.00 LPA
