About the Role:

The Distribution Sales Manager will manage the sales distribution network, develop key strategies for market penetration, and ensure effective client servicing within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage distribution channels and build strong networks to drive sales.

Develop and implement strategies for market growth and penetration.

Foster relationships with distributors and key clients for sustained growth.

Monitor sales activities and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in managing sales distribution or channel sales.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Minimum undergraduate degree.

Age: 21-38 years.

Compensation:

₹2.20 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + performance incentives.
