Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing network of agency partners.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Build and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-performing agencies and expand the company’s distribution network..
- Work closely with agencies during the integration phase to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with the company’s systems and processes.
- Work with agencies to identify business opportunities, set performance goals, and track progress toward meeting revenue and sales targets.
- Track key metrics such as lead generation, sales volume, and retention rates to evaluate the effectiveness of agency partnerships.
- Proactively address challenges or concerns from agencies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and updates to ensure continued partnership success.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
- 02 years of experience in agency recruitment, business development
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing agency partnerships.
- Ability to assess agency performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and agency development programs simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leaders and agency partners.
