Business Development Manager – Agency Channel

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager – Agency Channel to build a strong network of insurance agents and achieve business growth. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating agents to meet sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Recruit and on board insurance agents.

·         Provide training on products and sales strategies.

·         Drive sales growth by managing agent performance.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.

·         Regularly report team performance to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Education: Any graduate.

·         Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.

·         Ability to manage and motivate a team.

·         Prior experience in sales or recruitment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

CTC: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 LPA.

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
